Fantasy Fives in an application belonging to Reality Sports Ltd.

Reality Sports Ltd is the Data Controller, Reality Sports Ltd shall be referred to as ‘we’ or ‘us’.
The below groups of people are Data subjects. We will refer to data subjects as ‘you’.

Who's Information are we collecting?

We are collecting information of individuals who are interested in Fantasy Fives App and have expressed this interest through signing up to our email newsletter. These are our ‘subscribers’.

We will also be collecting the information of people who create an account on our app, Fantasy Fives. These are our ‘users’.

There will also be options to make in app purchases. We are going to be processing payment details for these ‘paid users’.

A sign up form is used on our website. You will need to give your consent before we are able to collect your details.

​If there are any changes to the way that Reality Sports Ltd use personal data, we will notify you prior to the change taking effect as well as notifying you about any other information required by law.

By inputting your details into the sign up form mentioned above, you will have signed up to our email newsletter. Information about the different features of the app will be sent to the email address provided.
Also information regarding early access to the app will be sent to the email addresses provided when ready. For example, when the app will be available for download from the app store. -
We will also send you information about the app once the app is live. For example, updates to the app and different ways to use the app.

You will be able to unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking at the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails.

4. How long the data is kept

Once you have signed up to receive our emails, your information will be kept until you request otherwise. You can unsubscribe from email communication at any time but this does not mean that data is deleted. If you have unsubscribed and you want your data to be deleted, you will need to request this from us. See point 11 for time frames regarding deleting data.

If you have been a subscriber for one year from when the app has been released and still has not become a user of the app, you will be unsubscribed from our mailing list. If you have not resubscribed within another year then your data will be deleted.

We have a right to make changes to our privacy policy and will let anyone who’s data we hold prior to this happening. All changes will be in accordance with all national and international laws.

We do not knowingly collect the information of anyone who is under the age of 16. When subscribing to our emails, you must enter your age. If a child under the age of 16 has registered as a subscriber then we encourage the parent or guardian to contact us at info@fantasyfivesapp.com. We use cookies on our website and by default we have essential cookies turned on. Marketing cookies, functional cookies and analytics cookies are turned off by default and anyone visiting the website can choose to turn these on if they would like.

Should you wish the exercise this right, we will provide your information securely, in a machine readable format, to enable portability.

11. Exercising these rights

If you would like to exercise any of these rights please contact info@realitysportsltd.com. We will also respond to your rights requests without undue delay and within one month of receipt of the request. This can be extended for a further 2 months depending on the complexity and volume of requests. Any extension will be communicated with you within the 1 month time frame including reasons for the delay.

We will also make sure to verify that the person making the request is the same person as who the request is about. If the request is by email then the email address will need to be the same as the email address used to sign up for the app or to our emails.
If this is not possible or the request comes in another format e.g. social media, we will get confirmation that we can send an email to the address used when subscribing and get you to confirm they received this email. -

In order to sign up to the app you must actively select that they agree with our privacy policy and terms and conditions.

You also have the option to opt in to receive marketing emails. You will then also be treated as a subscriber as outlined above in this privacy policy.
If you do not opt in to receive marketing communications they will not receive these from us.

3. How this data is used​

This data is used as an essential part of the Fantasy Fives app.
- Initial of first name and last name appears on back of user's shirt within the app.
- 5 a side team name and playing location will group users together in their own teams within the app.
- Email addresses will be used if we need to contact a user regarding inappropriate behaviour in the app or to organise prizes if this is required. Details of inappropriate behaviour can be found in our terms and conditions.
4. How long the data is kept

Once you have signed up to use the app, your information will be kept until you request otherwise. You can delete your Fantasy Fives account at any time but this does not mean that the data is deleted. If you have deleted your account and you want your data to be deleted, you will need to request this from us. See point 10 for time frames regarding deleting data.

For users of the app there will be an algorithm to determine the price of the user in the app. When using Fantasy Fives you will receive points based on the performance of your team (details can be found within the app on the rules page). If the points are above the value of the player the price will go up, if the points are below the value of the player the price will go down.
